This 2nd floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a direct ocean view and a private staircase. It has a heated pool, hot tub and gas grills and rents Saturday to Saturday only. We offer flat screen TVs, indoor ceiling fans, stainless steel appliances, and much more! We provide quality linens and our kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, etc. Restaurants are located across the street. Two major airports are only 30 min away! If you’d like to rent my minivans from the airport, let me know. They are located at Tampa International Airport and PIE Airport. Clearwater /St. Petersburg Airport is located 12 miles away (PIE). Tampa airport is located 25 miles away.

The space

This property is special in many ways and offers something unique for everybody. The spiral staircase allows you to walk directly down to the pool and grill area. If you are a honeymooner or a senior, there is nothing like waking up in the morning to the tranquil sound of waves crashing on the shore. It is also great to share with two families.This condo is handicapped accessible and very close to shopping centers, amusement parks, fishing piers, and restaurants. John's Pass is very close by if you want to go on a deep sea fishing excursion. My property offers endless opportunities.

Guest access

Guests have access to the pool area with indoor bathrooms and gas grills. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Island Beach Rentals is located directly across the street where you can rent paddle boards, scooters and boats. There is a restaurant located across the street called Caddies which offers a full service menu and bar where you can dine out back on the Intercoastal waterway watching the yachts go by.

Other things to note

We only rent Saturday to Saturday. The Condo offers free parking, and your private parking spot is conveniently located in the parking garage by the elevator, which will get you right up to the 2nd floor. A simple four digit electronic code to the door will give you access all week. Straight down from the elevator will give you direct access to the beach. Busch Gardens amusement park is located 45 minutes from the property. Walt Disney World and Universal Studios is located one hour and 20 minutes from the property.
